Kannywood entertainer, Hadiza Aliyu, known as Hadiza Gabon, on Wednesday hauled one Bala Musa, a government employee, to a Judges' court sitting at Daura street, Kaduna, over supposed maligning of character.

The entertainer, who talked through her insight, Mr Mubarak Sani, said she had experienced negative responses and remarks general society because of the litigant's bogus charges against her.

After series of supplications by Murtala, to move the case to an Upper Shari'a Court, the Appointed authority then, Isiyaku Abdulrahman, on Oct. 31, excused the case and released Aliyu.
He requested the respondent direction and his client to pay N500,000 to the entertainer for burning through her time.
